Jimmy Heberling has been pursuing his passion for music from the perspective of multiple instruments since before he hit double digits. He studied drums in the Middle East, played upright bass for a jazz choir on tour through the northwest, and is a graduate of a contemporary music college for guitar, Musician’s Institute in Hollywood, CA.
Since graduating in 2008, he successfully built his profession playing guitar for high-end dance bands and backing up original artists. His musical talents have taken him across the globe, performing and leading bands in the U.S.A., Europe, the Middle East, and China.
Jimmy has had 15 years of experience producing and engineering in several studios, including his own in North Hollywood. Writing with singer/songwriters piece-by-piece or recording full bands all at once, he adds to the value with any of the 8 instruments he plays. Also as part of a songwriting team, he writes for feature-length soundtracks and custom cues for shows and advertisements, as well as sound-alike's and karaoke tracks.
On his own, Jimmy transcribes sheet music, runs live sound for clubs/festivals/private and corporate events, teaches guitar/bass/drums, books his corporate/wedding music booking, and is a sought-after tumbling coach for teens and adults in gymnastics and martial arts. Having devoted much of his early life to gymnastics, Jimmy uses his expertise for a unique performance in music videos and on stage.
